Jays DFA DeJong after 18 days, activate Bichette

The Toronto Blue Jays, who needed a roster spot with the return of All-Star shortstop Bo Bichette, designated veteran infielder Paul DeJong for assignment on Saturday, 18 days after acquiring him from the St. Louis Cardinals.
