Ronald Acuña Jr. knocked down by fans on field during Braves-Rockies game: ‘I was a little scared’

Multiple fans ran onto Coors Field and made contact with Atlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. on Monday, sending the All-Star to the ground before the field invaders were removed by security. Here’s what you need to know:

In the seventh inning against the Colorado Rockies, a fan ran up to Acuña and appeared to attempt to hug him before being grabbed by security.
Another fan then charged at Acuña, sending him backward in the tangle.
Braves players ran to assist Acuña in right-center as security corralled the invaders and escorted them off the field.
Acuña remained in the game…
